Submit the url for your blog and wait for their approval. After approval, you just have to check out the opportunities and start posting following the guidelines they provided. After that, Bloggerwave team will check your posting and after they are satisfied, they will pay you via paypal.

The next one is Loudlaunch. This is also similar to Bloggerwave. All the requirements needed is also the same. However there are some additional requirements set out such as the age, a verified paypal account, blog more than two months old and a basic knowledge of html.
